Agency billing, credits, and seats
Understand client billing ownership, paid-through dates, agency credit bonuses, client credits, and team seat limits.
Agency billing, credits, and seats
Each client pays for their own Diviner One subscription by default. Your agency can take over billing for a client and release it back later.
Take over client billing
Open the client from the agency dashboard and use Billing management to make your agency the billing owner.
Billing defers to the date the client has already paid through. Diviner One does not charge your agency for the same period. After that date, the subscription bills to your agency's payment method.
Release billing back to the client
Use Billing management to return billing responsibility to the client. Diviner One notifies the client so they can add their own payment card before the current billing period ends.
When the client adds a card before that date, the subscription continues without a service gap.
Free agency workspace
Your agency's own workspace is free while at least one managed client has an active paid subscription.
Monthly credits
The agency receives 200 credits per month as its base allowance. Each paying client adds a monthly bonus based on their plan:
- Grower: +200 agency credits
- Builder: +300 agency credits
- Maven: +500 agency credits
Clients keep their own plan credits:
- Grower: 500 credits per month
- Builder: 1,000 credits per month
- Maven: 2,000 credits per month
Agency bonus credits and client plan credits belong to their respective workspaces.
Team seats
Team seats follow the limits of the plan. Seats are not separate per-seat charges.
